The time-lapse video of Christine Genge, a yoga teacher, has given me enough inspiration to last me months. Some of these incredible transitions may take me my entire life to achieve! The footage is sped up to capture all of her tiny adjustments, deep breaths, and the places where she is actively engaging in the poses. This five-and-a half minute video is perfectly suited to the simple fixed camera view and beautiful electronic soundtrack. The end of the video was unfortunately cut due to technical issues.
