Laruga Glaser’s two yoga demonstration videos were filmed during a two-month trip to India. The grace, poise, and strength she displays in her practice is inspiring, and I am also inspired by the gorgeous cinematography and beautiful soundtracks. Her transitions appear as if they are floating in the air, and show how much she has improved with 15 years of daily Ashtanga practice. Glaser writes on her blog that these videos represent “my love and honor for the transformative method, and gratitude I am reminded every day when I step onto my mat.” Bravo. She promises two more videos, hurrah.
